Resources: Weight Loss Planner Data Table

The figures in the Weight Loss Planner table represents the following:
- Date - This is the date on which you entered your data (yyyy-mm-dd)
- Weight - This column records your weight loss progress
- Height - This is your height
- BMI - Body Mass Index ideal target is 20-25 (see glossary for more details)
- BMR - Basal Metabolic Rate- Energy required to sustain bodily function
- Target weight - This is the target you have set for your weight loss
- Weight Difference - This is the number of kg you still need to lose to achieve your target weight
- Daily Intake to Lose Weight - This is the number of kilojoules/calories you require in a day in order to lose weight
- Daily Intake to Maintain Weight - This is the number of kilojoules/calories you require in a day in order to maintain your current weight (or when you reach your goal weight).
- Time - This is the estimated time it should take for you to reach your goal weight
- Edit - This allows you to change the data you have entered
- Delete - This allows you to delete the data you have entered
